Butcher & Barrel arrived on the Sacramento restaurant scene in October 2023 and, since then, has been making quite the splash. The Butcher & Barrel Team is led by Executive Chef Luis Cruz, who has spent over 17 years dedicated to his craft. Cruz is committed to providing a sustainable farm-to-fork dining experience that showcases local ingredients.
